Lyric Feedback Service™ provides written feedback and analytical commentary on submitted song lyrics. Reports may be generated using a combination of automated tools, AI-based analysis, and editorial formatting processes.
The Service does not provide legal advice, copyright advice, publishing representation, or professional music industry consultation.
All feedback is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
You represent and warrant that:
You are the owner of the submitted lyric or have the legal right to submit it.
The lyric does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
You are authorized to enter into these Terms.
You retain full ownership of your submitted lyric. Submission does not transfer copyright ownership to Lyric Feedback Service™.
By submitting a lyric for feedback, you agree to release, waive, indemnify, and hold harmless Lyric Feedback Service™, its creator, affiliates, agents, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, in law or in equity, including without limitation claims for copyright infringement, misappropriation, or other intellectual property disputes, arising out of or relating in any way to:

This release, waiver, and indemnification obligation shall be binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns.
Fees for Basic, Advanced, or Complimentary services are displayed at the time of purchase.
All paid submissions are final.
Refunds are not guaranteed once a report has been generated.
Payment processing is handled by third-party services (such as PayPal). Lyric Feedback Service™ does not store payment card information.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing, submission of a lyric does not create a confidential relationship.
You acknowledge that:
Similar themes, phrases, ideas, or lyrical structures may exist in other works.
The Service makes no claim of exclusivity or originality.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
No warranties are made regarding:
Accuracy
Completeness
Commercial viability
Legal sufficiency
Artistic effectiveness
All feedback is subjective and analytical in nature.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lyric Feedback Service™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific report in question.
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
